What is the product warranty period, and what does the warranty cover?

The warranty period for standard products is 1 year, and for core components it can be extended to 2 years (subject to the contract agreement). The warranty covers product quality issues, repairs and replacement of spare parts for malfunctions under normal use, but does not cover damage caused by human error or force majeure.
